Arusha Technical College is pleased to inform all Candidates who completed their studies in the academic year 2011/12 that the 4thATC Graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday 19th January 2012 at the College grounds starting from 9:30 a.m.
Please be informed that the graduation is only for those students who have passed all the modules (the list of the prospective graduandscan be found in the College website: www.atc.ac.tz). Those intending to participate are requested to do the following:
1) Confirm your attendance to the College Registrar by telephone or email below not later than 9th January 2013.
2) Pay TZS. 15,000/= for hiring a graduation gown, to the College accountant on or before 18th January 2013.
3) Report to the College Registrar for registration and rehearsal at 2.00 pm on 18th January 2013.
4) Download the tracer study form from College website (www.at.ac.tz), fill/complete it and submit to the College Registrar during rehearsal on 18th January 2013
Note that all traveling, accommodation and catering expenses will be met by the graduands themselves.When you see or hear this announcement in the news media, please inform your colleagues.
