When President Goodluck Jonathan came to Lagos, Lastma Officials went AWOL

No single Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) officer was seen on the streets of Lagos Yesterday when President Goodluck came to the State for his Presidential Campaign Rally, causing unbearable traffic on several roads within Lagos. Wonder why LASTMA went AWOL...:-)
